Terms & Conditions

By placing a booking with Wilson-Ash Cleaning Services either by telephone, email, online or in person, you confirm you have read and accept the terms and conditions of service shown below.

1. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full either at the time of making your booking online at www.wilson-ash.com, or in full by cash upon completion of the cleaning services. Regular clients will be able to pay for cleaning services on account. Client accounts should be settled in full within 7 days of the invoice date.

2. Cancellation of services
If you have booked a one-off clean with Wilson-Ash Cleaning, you may cancel this at anytime, and receive a full refund if already paid. However cancellations of less than 3 days will result in a £20 cancellation fee being charged or deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued if our cleaners attend the property and are prevented to carry out the service due to being unable to gain access. Refunds for cancellations will be made to the card originally used to pay for the service. If you wish to cancel your regular cleaning service you must give 4 weeks written notice to Wilson-Ash Cleaning Services

3. Facilities
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that hot water, adequate lighting and electricity are available to the cleaner(s) for the duration of the cleaning service. Wilson-Ash Cleaning Services cannot be held liable for poor service as a result of lack of or inadequate facilities.

4. Health & Safety
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that there is safe access to, from and throughout the property being cleaned. A full risk assessment will be carried out onsite at the commencement of the cleaning service, and the client is required to assist fully in all health & safety matters.

5. Damage to Property
From time to time accidents may occur durind the cleaning process. We are fully insured for accidental damage, and damaged caused through our negligence. Clients are advised to move all breakable items to a safe place prior cleaning taking place. If it is prooved that our cleaners have damaged your property while cleaning whether it was through negligence or by accident, you must inform us in writing within 28 days. All claims for damage will be formally investigated. We are unable to process claims for damage if we are not informed of the damage in writing and an official claim made within 28 days.

6. End of Tenancy Cleaning
Cleaning of excessive grease, limescale and mould from from surfaces, full cleaning of walls, and cleaning of blinds and curtians are not included in the standard service. Clients are advised cleaning may take longer than first quoted, no additional charges will be made, unless extra services are requested.

7. Carpet Cleaning
Wilson-Ash Cleaning cannot guarantee the total removal of stains from carpets or rugs. Sucessful stain removal depends on the type of fibre, age of carpet, and type and age of stain. Previous cleaning methods and chemicals also effect the sucess of removing stains from carpets.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
In the unlikely event you are not happy with the service provided, then please contact us within 7 days from the works being completed. We will then return and re-clean for free until all issues are rectified.
